Step1:Because not all windows are perfect rectangles, we recommend measuring the window in 3 places to get your width: across the top , middle and bottom; across the top, middle and bottom. Take smallest number. This is your ordering width. Our fabricators will make the necessary deductions ( approx 3/8" - 1/2" )
Step 2: Finding the length is a similar process, measuring the length of window in 3 places on the window: left, center and right. Take largest number. This is your ordering length.
How to measure window for outside mount
Step 1: Measuring the width of the area you wish to cover. If space allows we recommend adding 2-4”(1-2”each side) to this measurement to help eliminate light seepage. This is your ordering width and will be the overall measurement of the shade.
Step 2: Measure the height of the area you wish to cover. This is your ordering length

We can file a shipping claim on your behalf with our third-party shipping vendor - who handles the transferring, packing and shipping of the items. In order to provide the best possibility of a successful claim with the carrier/insurance provider, we need a detailed account of the damage.
Please provide: -pictures of the outermost sides of box (pictures of all sides of the box, including the bottom of the box) -detailed pictures of the packaging (pictures of the packing material and a description/photo of how the items were oriented in the box) -detailed pictures of entirety of item -close up pictures of the item's damage -picture of the shipping label
Please keep all of the packaging and the damaged item(s) until the claim can be filed in case we need more information.
We’re sorry your order didn’t work out. In order to receive a full refund, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns must include a completed return form and items must be in the exact same condition as they were received. Please note that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, shows signs of use.
